Chicago Story Press Literary Journal is looking for essays and creative nonfiction stories that illuminate the human experience. 

Should be between 1,000 – 3,000 words and should not be published elsewhere. 

Please submit using a Word Doc only. Double spaced. New Times Roman. One entry per submission fee.

Emotional Depth and Personal Reflection: We're seeking essays and stories that illuminate the human experience. We value narratives that delve into the emotional complexities of life, share insights, stir empathy, and provoke deeper understanding. Beyond telling us what happened, show us the impact it had on you and others.

Note: We do light edits because we believe in presenting well-crafted stories to our audience.
